How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship to Germany and Austria. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination.

What is a Single-Origin Chocolate?

Cocoa beans grow in many different places all over the world. Each location produces cocoa with a slightly different flavor. If you are familiar with concept of terroir in wine, you know that climate, soil, and other factors can influence the taste of the products grown there.

Many chocolates are a blend of beans from different regions. The flavor can be adjusted as needed to create a chocolate flavor that is consistent from year to year and crop to crop. Single-Origin chocolates use cocoa beans from just a single location. This means you get the full effect of the flavor influences of that location. Single-Origin Chocolates often have subtle flavor notes that are unique to that region, variety of cocoa, or even the year! This makes them perfect for pairing with special ingredients and creating a unique flavor experience for your customers.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products are manufactured in facilities that may also handle nuts, dairy, and other common allergens. Please refer to the product descriptions and ingredient lists for specific allergen information.

How should I store my chocolate products?

Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. The ideal storage temperature is between 16-18°C.
