Add a surprising dash of color and flavor with Callebaut Orange Callets. They're made with real Belgian White chocolate, so they're classicly smooth and creamy but with the added flair of citrus. With a standard fluidity and great workability, Orange Callets are great for creating colorful chocolate garnishes, adding details to hollow figures, and are wonderful for flavoring crèmes, mousses and pastry interiors with a refreshing twist. Melting, tempering and cooling work in exactly the same way as our classic white chocolates, so you can get started right away.
