The secret to Callebaut's White Chocolate Mousse mix lies in its very high chocolate content: it's made with 58.5% Callebaut White Chocolate. Nothing beats homemade chocolate mousse, but our mix is the perfect alternative when you're pressed for time. Simply mix one bag of powder with one litre of milk and beat it for five minutes at full speed. Our chefs recommend piping the mousse in glasses before cooling to preserve its nicely aerated texture. Quenelles should be scooped after cooling once the mousse has sufficiently set.
