A quick and easy treat you can make anytime, for any occasion. Simple ingredients, delicious results, and a smooth Callebaut chocolate finish.

Cake Base

| Butter (soft) | 200 g |
| Sugar | 120 g |
| Vanilla sugar | 1 packet |
| Eggs | 3 |
| Flour | 300 g |
| Baking powder | 1 packet |
| Milk | 100 ml |
Assembly & Decoration

| Cream cheese | 300 g |
| Callebaut couverture chocolate | as needed |
| Callebaut crispy pearls | as needed |
Preparation
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | Cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix. |
| 2 | Mix the flour and baking powder, sift over the mixture, then add the milk. Mix briefly until a smooth batter forms. |
| 3 | Bake the batter at 180°C for 30–40 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely. |
| 4 | Melt the Callebaut chocolate over a hot water bath and set aside. |
| 5 | Finely crumble the cake and gradually knead in the cream cheese until you have a moldable mixture that is not too soft. |
| 6 | Shape 20 g portions into egg shapes. Dip the stick briefly into the melted chocolate and insert it into each egg. |
| 7 | Chill for about 5 minutes, then fully coat with melted chocolate. |
| 8 | Once the first layer has dried, decorate with a second layer of chocolate. |
